Our highly successful Dunstable Driving Division is managed by Billie Poulton who has over ten years of expertise within the Recruitment Industry supplying all categories of Drivers to the surrounding business community. Billie has been especially successful in new setup operations, working alongside Clients to gain a thorough understanding of their processes from advertising, interviewing, supplying candidates, to on site management and fulfilment of individual Client KPI’s. Billie is supported by Freya Casemore, who has been with Flexi-Staff since 2007, where she services the Driving Division in all aspects, covering tasks such as filling assignments, WTD and Tacho management, interviewing drivers, referencing and compliance with all employment legislation to ensure Flexi-Staff UK Ltd adheres to all Home Office and Employment Legislation.
Our Northampton office has been established for four years with the Driving Division being serviced by Wendy Vilbro who is a highly experienced recruiter within the Northampton area. Wendy has forged successful partnerships with major clients and has used her 5 years in Recruitment coupled with her excellent Driving Industry experience of ten years as a Class I Driver to recruit and service our clients. We place drivers in contracts within the Northampton and Midlands areas with contracts being serviced in Coventry and Birmingham.
Our newest branch opened in November 2010 in Bedford and this is serviced by Klaudia Gasior an experienced Industrial and Driving Recruiter. Klaudia has great knowledge of the Bedford marketplace and has a highly regarded reputation in the supply of workers to many clients across the Bedford, Biggleswade and Sandy areas.
Our core areas of business are Dunstable, Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Biggleswade, Cambridgeshire, Northampton, Rugby, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough and all of their surrounding areas. We often take on contracts further afield and can operate a satellite office for new start up situations.
We offer excellent rates of pay with up to date advice on Tachos, WTD and Ltd Company options. Being members of the REC Drivers Section and the RHA means we bring you best practice and adhere to a strict code of ethics and code of conduct. All licences are checked and I.D. is authenticated before a placement is given.
