Our Industrial Consultant, Theresa Halston, heads our Industrial Division supplying Clients in the Beds, Bucks and Herts area. As a member of Flexi-Staff since 2004, Theresa’s knowledge of the labour market has grown solidly, enabling her to continue to supply a regular workforce to Clients that have had site visits conducted to ensure their expectations are met.
Aneta Jurkowska, who works alongside Theresa has previously gained four years experience within warehousing and stock control systems. Aneta has also gained a degree in Administration and brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge of an industry which is fast paced, customer driven and adheres to critical deadlines.
Together, Theresa and Aneta are able to supply workers to Clients at short notice due to having built a solid database of available candidates as well as having conducted site visits to ensure Client and Candidate satisfaction.
Our newest branch opened in November 2010 in Bedford and this is serviced by Klaudia Gasior an experienced Industrial and Driving Recruiter. Klaudia has great knowledge of the Bedford marketplace and has a highly regarded reputation in the supply of workers to many clients across the Bedford, Biggleswade and Sandy areas.
Our Industrial sections are always looking for reliable and committed temporary workers to work shift patterns and be available for last minute early morning bookings. Flexibility to work in various environments and nature of jobs goes a long way to forging successful partnerships with the Candidates and Clients.
