Headed by Dawn Casemore FREC, the Office Division has a vast knowledge of the area’s employment market. Dawn has been providing Clients with suitable candidates since 1988 and is a ‘Fellow’ of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), an award not held by many within local recruitment agencies. Dawn is still providing some of her original Clients from 1988 with recruitment solutions - having followed her to Flexi-Staff when she joined in 1999! Working alongside Dawn is Lynda Smith-Dennis, Consultant, whose experience in Recruitment covers the Accountancy and Finance related sectors. Lynda has much knowledge of the local business community having worked in the local area covering Recruitment, Secretarial and Business Development related positions over the past ten years. Supporting both Dawn and Lynda is Noreen Human, a loyal and dedicated member of the Flexi-Staff team, having worked for us for seven years. Noreen has an excellent background within Customer Services, Sales and Recruitment Administration.
To ensure candidates are the correct match for any vacancy, whether temporary or permanent, we interview in depth to assess suitability for the type of position available. This would cover -

We pride ourselves on ensuring every pre-selected candidate has been informed of the vacancy before forwarding the cv to the Client. This ensures the Client does not receive the cv from several different sources as well as the candidate being kept fully informed on the company, job description, benefits and recruitment process.
